These Terms and Conditions apply to the Mostbat platform (mostbat.bet) and all associated services. In these terms, "Mostbat", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating this platform. "User", "member", and "you" refer to anyone who is registered on or using this platform.

• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply. Subsequent odds changes will not affect confirmed bets.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, the stake for any bet placed on that event will be refunded.
• Live Betting: In Live Betting, some bets may be voided due to server delays. This is a technical limitation for which Mostbat bears no responsibility.
• Maximum Win: Each bet is subject to a maximum payout limit, which is displayed on the platform.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mostbat reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostbat:

• Opening or managing more than one account.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Placing bets in a coordinated or fraudulent manner to exploit bonus offers.

• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using Mostbat for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Collecting or misusing another user's personal information.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise platform security.

Mostbat may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Registering with false information or altering account details after registration.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon the user's own request to close their account.

Users bear full responsibility for wins and losses in betting and casino games. Mostbat is under no obligation to compensate for any financial losses incurred.
